HUTB Hosts 2024 Spring Employment Promotion Campaign and Special Job Fair for Well-Known Enterprises

On April 9, the Spring Employment Promotion Campaign and Special Job Fair for Well-Known Enterprises were held at the Feiyang Sports Field in the South Campus. More than 210 Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, and well-known enterprises such as Zoomlion, China Securities, Zhongtai Securities, Sephora, and Budweiser were present to recruit talents, offering a total of over 6,500 job positions.

The atmosphere at the recruitment event was lively, with a large crowd and well-organized order. Over 1,500 undergraduates and master's graduates from more than 30 universities both within and outside the province attended the event, engaging in face-to-face communication and exchanges with the companies for job opportunities and applications. In front of the job-seeking students, each employer patiently answered questions and clarified doubts for the graduates regarding company overview, main business, salary benefits, career development, and the demand for professionals in their respective fields. The job-seeking students stopped to listen, eagerly submitting their resumes.

The job fair, in conjunction with the Xiangjiang New Area College Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center, set up service points on site to provide services such as resume printing, resume guidance, and job search consultation for participating graduates. In addition, a military recruitment consultation point was also set up at the job fair, which catered to the diverse needs of the graduates, and received unanimous praise from the students.

The CPC HUTB Committee attaches great importance to the employment of graduates and has organized various recruitment activities. They have also carried out in-depth "enterprise visits for job opportunities" campaigns and made full use of the national 24365 college student employment service platform to provide guarantees for high-quality employment for graduates. The university has launched the "Spring Employment Promotion Campaign", focusing on the current key and challenging aspects of employment promotion. They have refined various work requirements, optimized employment guidance services, further aggregated social resources, concentrated on providing employment positions, promoted the connection between the university and enterprises, guided graduates to actively seek employment, and laid a solid foundation to promote high-quality and full employment for the 2024 graduates.
