HUTB 25th College Students Basketball Tournament Concludes Successfully

In recent days, the two-week-long 25th College Students Basketball Tournament concluded successfully at our university. After intense competition, the School of Computer Science won the championship in the men's division, while the School of Economy & Trade emerged victorious in the women's division.

In the men's final, the showdown between the School of Computer Science and the School of International Business became the focal point of the entire game. From the outset, both sides engaged in intense competition, with the score seesawing back and forth. In the end, the School of Computer Science defeated the School of International Business with a score of 72 to 65, successfully winning the championship trophy in the men's division. With outstanding performance, student He Dian was honored as the MVP of the men's final.

In the women's final, the School of Economy & Trade faced off against the School of Intelligent Engineering and Manufacturing. The girls from the School of Economy & Trade performed exceptionally well, showcasing great teamwork and coordination. In the end, they defeated the School of Intelligent Engineering and Manufacturing with a score of 55 to 42, capturing the championship title in the women's division. Student Lei Sijie delivered an outstanding performance and was honored as the MVP of the women's final.

In addition, the semifinal match between the School of International Business and the School of Sports and Health was truly memorable. This game not only tested the tactical skills of both teams' players but also showcased their tenacious fighting spirit. The players from both sides engaged in a back-and-forth battle on the court, resulting in a highly intense and competitive atmosphere with numerous impressive plays.

Since the start of the tournament on April 7, it has garnered widespread attention from students and faculty throughout the university. During the competition, the representative teams from each school showcased their basketball skills and teamwork, providing the audience with exciting games. Additionally, the tournament facilitated communication and interaction among the different schools, strengthening the cohesion and unity among the students.
