On the morning of February 23, the signing ceremony of Xiangjiang Laboratory with the cooperation units was grandly held in Academic Conference Center of Xiangjiang Laboratory, Economic Management Complex, HUTB. Chen Xiaohong, CAE Academician, Director of Xiangjiang Laboratory and Secretary of CPC HUTB Committee, He Zhaohui, Director of Management Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New District (Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone) and Head of Yuelu District, Huang Haiqing, Vice President of Ali Group, Yang Zenghui, Vice President of Lenovo Group in China, Liu Qiang, Vice President of SenseTime, Xiao Xiaoqin, Deputy Secretary of CPC HUTB Committee, Liu Guoquan, Deputy Director of Xiangjiang Laboratory and Vice President of HUTB, and Xiao Yongjun, Secretary of CPC Working Committee of Changsha Information Industry Park attended the meeting. Relevant heads of functional departments of HUTB, contracted units and various departments of Xiangjiang Laboratory took part in. The signing ceremony was presided over by Deputy Secretary Xiao Xiaoqin.
Before the ceremony, Academician Chen Xiaohong had a discussion with Vice President Huang Haiqing, Vice President Yang Zenghui and Vice President Liu Qiang.
Academician Chen Xiaohong introduced the basic situation of Xiangjiang Laboratory and the overall framework of "1456" to the cooperation units. She said that Xiangjiang Laboratory focuses on the fields of advanced computing and artificial intelligence, and is highly compatible with various cooperation units in terms of service fields and objects. She looks forward to jointly promoting the transformation of various achievements and implementation of scenes to achieve win-win cooperation and common development.
Vice President Huang Haiqing, Vice President Yang Zenghui and Vice President Liu Qiang expressed their great honor to be the cooperation units of Xiangjiang Laboratory, and introduced the development status, superior technology, strategic layout and cooperation willingness of their respective enterprises.

Under the witness of Academician Chen Xiaohong and Director He Zhaohui, Vice President Liu Guoquan signed the strategic cooperation framework agreements with Vice President Huang Haiqing, Vice President Yang Zenghui and Vice President Liu Qiang on behalf of both parties. Subsequently, Academician Chen Xiaohong awarded the "Innovation Center" to Ali Group, Lenovo Group and SenseTime on behalf of Xiangjiang Laboratory.

Director He Zhaohui delivered a speech at the ceremony. He pointed out that since Xiangjiang New Area realized the "integration of the three districts", the reform has achieved gratifying results, and all indicators lead the whole province and are in the forefront of the national new district, which is the vanguard of high-quality development. Xiangjiang New Area will give full play to the advantages of government, universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises and social resources and talents, promote the organic integration of various innovation elements, and let more teams and projects settle in Hunan, a hot spot of innovation. Academician Chen Xiaohong said in her speech that the successful signing of the contract is the first step of cooperation. She hoped that both parties would adhere to the principle of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, close cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win result" and rely on the R&D strength of Xiangjiang Laboratory to achieve practical results in the integration of "industry, university, research and use" and achieve results in breaking through key core technologies.
After the meeting, the participants visited Science and Technology Innovation Base of Xiangjiang Laboratory, Qiushi Academy, Chufeng Academy, Sports Center and other scientific research and education places, and spoke highly of the construction and development achievements of Xiangjiang Laboratory and HUTB.
