In addition, the university's project "Leader in Active Balancing Technology for Lithium Iron Phosphate Power Batteries" won the "Most Investment-worthy Award" in the investment and financing matchmaking event of this competition's "Red Maple Plan." It also signed an Investment Intention Agreement with the "Red Maple Plan."

The 9th China International College Students' “Internet+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is the most influential competition in innovation and entrepreneurship, jointly organized by the Ministry of Education and other ministries as well as local governments. It is the largest, most dynamic, and cutting-edge platform for ideological and political education. It has become a crucial platform for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in universities and promoting the comprehensive development of university students. Chen Xiaohong, CAE Academician, Director of Xiangjiang Laboratory, and Secretary of CPC HUTB Committee, attaches great importance to it. She emphasized that high-level innovation platforms such as Xiangjiang Laboratory, led by the university, should lead high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation. She encouraged all students to contribute their youth and energy to help achieve the beautiful blueprint of "Three Highlands, Four New Missions" in our province. Vice President Liu Guoquan held several special meetings to coordinate and implement the mobilization organization and innovative mechanisms for the competition. With the collaborative efforts of various departments and extensive mobilization within all schools, the university this year submitted a total of 4,728 projects with more than 28,000 student participants, both of which set new historical records.
In recent years, the university has taken the construction of high-level innovation platforms such as the Xiangjiang Laboratory as a leading initiative and actively explored innovative mechanisms for the coordinated development of talent cultivation, industry, and funding in entrepreneurship and innovation. Through promoting learning, teaching, entrepreneurship, and integration through various competitions, the university's students have seen a rapid improvement in their abilities to innovate and create. Their excellent performance in competitions like "Internet+" highlights the new achievements in the university's innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.
